At the end of the day, the goals of playing hockey should be learning life’s lessons through a sport, individual and teamwork development, as well as simply having fun. With three children involved in the sport, I have observed countless hockey camps in Michigan and nationally. Without question, Michigan Hockey Prospects is clearly superior in accomplishing these goals. Through their camps, Coaches Green and Beaufait have been able to more positively influence my kids’ development over the course of a few weeks than most coaches have over an entire season.

Coach Green and Coach Beaufait focus on high level, individual skill development while always emphasizing high character development and effort as well. Their unique approach and style not only challenges the players, but we feel it truly compliments our boys’ high school off-season training regimen and they start their seasons as much improved hockey players both on and off the ice.

I wanted to Thank Michigan Hockey Prospects for the work they have done with Brett & Lauren over the last couple of years. Each of their coaches have commented on the strides they have made since the conclusion of last season. Both players started their hockey careers a little later than their peers, but with the help and commitment from Coaches Green & Beaufait, this gap is closing faster than we could have imagined. Your commitment to detail and hands on approach of teaching them the correct way to play the game, is greatly appreciated. They especially enjoy how your sessions are fast paced, challenging and each one is different from the previous day. As a parent, it’s nice picking them up from camp with a smile & red face because they worked hard. You can be assured they will be back again next summer.

Our son, Ryan had an awesome time at camp last week. He is already asking to do it again next year. At dinner last night, he couldn’t stop talking about hockey camp and all the fun activities you guys did – goals, hockey trivia, on ice games and challenges, nutrition discussions. We normally have to drag information out of him! So thank you for all you did, and for putting in the effort to teach our kids not only hockey skills, but lifetime skills.

If I were picking one hockey experience for my boys this summer, this is it! A positive hockey learning environment! A great offseason place to focus on skill development and prepare for the next fall season. I have 3 boys that will attend this summer, ranging from Midget to Squirt age. High end hockey experieces that will push your kids and allow them to have fun at the same time.
